Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original Gozney packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

  Affix Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of the box.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
